Rachel Gilbert offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and security ribbons attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and garment bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or credit is processed.
